Jackaroo

SVG viewer developped in Java viagra super active. Not much features, not a plug-in, and in Java (hence, slow). Interesting from an academic point of view, not for real life.

Writing a custom Graphics2D implementation to generate SVG images

Watch out, this is programming stuff: you use Java to generate SVG files. I haven't managed to figure out a quarter of it but looks powerfull.
